In this customer-focused and sales-driven role, you'll:

• Provide an outstanding experience to every prospective student through prompt, professional, and personalised support.
• Engage with enquiries using your communication and sales skills to guide students through their decision-making process.
• Manage and nurture leads using our Customer Capture system, driving student recruitment through targeted inbound and outbound campaigns.
• Work collaboratively with teaching departments and key stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and comprehensive responses to all enquiries.

The role is primarily located at our Geelong City campus.

Employment Opportunity: Fixed Term Contract to 29 May 2026 with full or part time options available

Salary: $68,392 to $74,345 p.a. (pro-rata) plus Superannuation
