Cybersecurity Project Manager (Delivery Lead)

If you’ve delivered major cybersecurity programs before and know how to get things moving across big, complex environments — this role’s for you. One of Decipher Bureau’s healthcare clients is about to kick off a large-scale uplift, and they need someone who can bring structure, momentum, and leadership to get it done.

You won’t be flying solo — they’ve got strong support from execs and budget already secured. What they need is someone who knows how to lead the charge, coordinate moving pieces, and keep delivery on track. Plus, you’ll report directly to the CISO and be part of the steering committee with the CEO and CIO.

What you’ll be working on:
There are a few priorities lined up, but here’s what you’ll be diving into first:

• Network Segmentation – Coordinating activities between the internal network operations team and a third-party vendor. You don’t need to get too deep in the tech — it’s more about driving alignment and delivery.
• Identity & Access Management – This needs a strong operator who’s confident managing stakeholders and business process change. There's a good base to build from, but it needs a push to move.
• Information Protection – The tech implementation is basically done — now it’s about rolling out policy, coordinating across business units, and working through data governance.

You’ll also touch broader security uplift activities across things like endpoint protection, patching, vulnerability management, asset discovery, email security, and helping the business improve overall risk maturity.

Expect to work across multiple vendors, internal teams, and ensure everything lines up with existing regulatory requirements and business goals.
What we’re looking for:

• You’ve led security uplift or transformation work across large enterprise environments
• You know how to manage vendors, get buy-in from the business, and keep delivery moving
• You’ve worked in health, critical infrastructure, or another regulated industry (nice to have, not a dealbreaker)
• You’re not expected to do deep technical work — but you should know enough to ask smart questions and challenge where needed
