we are looking for a sous chef to expand our kitchen team. position currently available as a full-time sous chef on annual salary based.

· Assisting Head Chef in menu planning and delivery of food

. Ordering and maintaining stock, stock rotation and control

· Producing exceptional food with impeccable presentation

· Assist in the effective leadership, mentoring and training

· Maintain high HACCP procedures and WHS standards

· Excellent communication skills

. Effective problem solving skills

. Ability to work independently and as a team member

· Assist in maintaining high levels of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with organizational standards

. Maintain highest standard of personal hygiene.

- Confidently handle breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts, maintaining consistency throughout.
- Possess a keen eye for detail, fostering a positive and proactive kitchen culture.
- Exhibit strong business acumen in managing kitchen operations

Experience:

sous chef: 2 year (Preferred)

Work Eligibility:

Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours.

Qualification

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Preferred)
