Hours: Casual 12-15 hours per week

Classification: HEW4 (Higher Education Industry Award)
Salary: $38.41 per hour + Superannuation

The Opportunity

We're looking for a dynamic and versatile Operations Assistant to join our passionate team! This role combines creativity, tech savvy, and people skills to help our centre run smoothly and showcase our impact in the community.

What You'll Do:

🎨 Get Creative

Design eye-catching digital content using Canva

Manage our social media presence

Capture and share inspiring student success stories

👋 Welcome and Support Students

Assist with registration and orientation

Be a friendly first point of contact

Connect students with support services

🔧 Keep Things Running Smoothly

Maintain our learning spaces

Ensure our facilities are in top condition

💻 Tech Support Wizard

Keep our technology up and running

Troubleshoot issues as they arise

Help students and staff with tech needs

What You'll Bring:

Must Haves:

Fantastic people and communication skills

Great organisation and time management

Ability to work independently

Passion for creating opportunities for regional students

Tech-savvy approach with Microsoft Office skills

Social media experience for organisational purposes

Current Working with Children Check

High attention to detail

Marketing and promotional skills

Nice to Haves:

First Aid certificate

Mental Health First Aid certificate

Experience with Canva or other design platforms

A creative flair for visual content

The Details:

12-15 hours per week (casual)

3-month probation period

12-month contract

Flexible working conditions available by arrangement

Based in beautiful Ulladulla, NSW
