About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team at PRETIDOC MEDICAL PTY LTD in Buderim, Queensland. This Part-time or Full-time role will involve providing exceptional support and care to our patients and healthcare team.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner

Scheduling appointments and managing patient bookings

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Maintaining accurate patient records and updating medical files

Assisting with basic administrative tasks as required

Ensuring a clean, tidy and organised reception area

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a medical reception

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Proficient in using medical software and computer systems

A friendly, professional and compassionate demeanour

Knowledge of medical terminology and practices is highly desirable
