About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administration Officer to join our People and Culture Unit. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our Talent Acquisition lead and People & Culture Business Partners, ensuring a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience. Your will contribute directly to delivering a positive candidate experience and supporting the growth of our diverse and talented workforce.

As the Talent Acquisition Administration Officer, you will serve as a key support figure in managing recruitment processes, from high-volume requests, generation of job adverts and stakeholder management, ensuring all administrative functions are completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

High School Certificate and/or relevant experience

Demonstrated relevant experience in an administrative role, preferably in a HR and/or Recruitment environment

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Strong data entry skills and general administrative tasks completed in a timely manner

Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel and Outlook

Ability to maintain accurate records across multiple platforms

Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and store information according to data protection requirements.

Well-developed organisational, communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to work as a team as well as independently to ensure deadlines are met.

Highly customer focused to ensure a highly positive customer experience

Awareness of and commitment to the principles of Work Health and Safety (WHS) and a commitment to attend relevant training
