Are you passionate about connecting talent with opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Located in the vibrant Mermaid Beach area of Queensland. Job Play has a national footprint but has originated on the Gold Coast, we supply Permanent Recruitment services and Labour Hire to our valued clients across the Building and Construction industry, as well as Manufacturing, Logistics and Warehousing, Event and Renewables.

Your Role:

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Utilize our CRM system recruit Wizard and our onboarding platforms to ensure a diverse candidate pool.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring teams.

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A proactive approach with a focus on delivering results.
• May also have an interest in management and like to get involved in implementing systems and processes with the Operations Manager
