In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service to clients, supporting a team of financial planners, and managing the end-to-end administration of financial processes to ensure a seamless client experience.

Duties and responsibilities include:
- Provide high levels of customer service, acting as the first point of contact
- Provide administrative support to your team, and the office
- Manage communications between all stakeholders, both internal and external
- Maintain excellent customer service with a high-attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team to accomplish team goals
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong experience in finance, banking or broking in a similar role
- A great attitude, friendly and engaging
- Strong communication skills including phone manner
- Open to learning with a positive attitude
- Ability to provide outstanding and efficient service to all customers, whilst being personable, proactive and customer focused
- Comfortable in a high-volume environment
- A self-starter and the ability to work autonomously
