About the role

Arlberg Ski Club is seeking Lodge Managers to oversee the day-to-day operations during the 2025 ski season of our ski lodge located in Charlotte Pass NSW 2624. This is a contract role, providing an exciting opportunity to work in the hospitality industry in a beautiful alpine environment.

What you'll be doing

Manage the overall operations of the ski lodge, guest services, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

Prepare and serve meals for lodge guests

Liaise with the Booking Officer to coordinate guest bookings, check-ins and check-outs, and provide exceptional customer service

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Manage the season’s catering budget

Liaise with the Arlberg Ski Club management team any lodge equipment and maintenance issues

What we're looking for

Ideally, experience in hotel or resort management, in a ski or alpine environment

Qualified chief

Excellent customer service skills

Proficient in financial management, including budgeting and cost control

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with lodge management, resort staff and guests
