About us:

Our vision is to provide quality dental care that is patient-centred in a positive working environment. We are located in the growing south-western suburbs of Melbourne, approximately 20 minutes from the city.
Our clinic location is a short 5-minute walk from the train station, and is just a turn-off from the M1 freeway. There is also a variety of cafes/restaurants within walking distance.

This role is for permanent part-time, with the opportunity to build-up to permanent full-time.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service. We would like you to bring your personality to the team and for our patients!

Managing patient appointments, confirmations, reminders and referrals

Answer phone calls and patient enquiries

Process billing and insurance claims accurately and efficiently

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting room areas

Occasional help may be required in surgery to assist the dentist chairside

About you:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.

Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills

Have a high level of being proactive and showing initiative

Be a team player with a growth mindset

Strong preference for those with previous administrative roles

Brownie points for those with dental experience
