Reception Duties:
• Welcome clients with professionalism and warmth as the first point of contact
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails promptly
• Schedule appointments accurately using booking software
• Maintain a tidy and inviting front-of-house area
• Provide general administrative support to clinic staff

Social Media & Content Creation:
• Assist in planning and creating engaging content for Instagram (photos, videos, captions)
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments, treatment results, and clinic updates
• Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments and direct messages

What We’re Looking For:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident using social media platforms, particularly Instagram
• Creative, proactive, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team
• Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role is preferred
