The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our company into its next phase of growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s operations, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business expansion in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue and market growth

Lead the company’s operations, supply chain, and sales strategies

Manage key relationships with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders

Ensure compliance with Australian business regulations and food import laws

Oversee financial performance and profitability

Identify and implement opportunities for business expansion

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior executive role, preferably in the food import/export or FMCG industry

Strong leadership and strategic planning skills

Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English is a must

Understanding of the Australian food industry and supply chain logistics

Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment

Willingness to be based in Melbourne, VIC
