Position Overview:
We are seeking a trustworthy and experienced Manager – Finance, Admin, and Commercial to manage our financial operations, administrative processes, and commercial growth strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong financial background along with the ability to foster a positive team culture and support the owner in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure the financial health of the business.

Being hands on and manage day-to-day operations.

Lead and mentor a small team (including off-shore), cultivating an environment of collaboration, trust, and commitment.

Develop and implement strategic business plans and initiatives to drive growth and enhance profitability.

Identify new business opportunities and assess market trends to support commercial strategy development.

Build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders, respecting Pacific Islands cultural practices where applicable.

Able to work independently and keep ownership informed.

Qualifications:

Qualified Degree and/or Proficiency in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven 3-5 years experience in a managerial role within finance, administration, and commercial functions.

Experience working in Fiji and Pacific Is. countries are highly preferred and travel will be required.
