If so, Ray White Commercial Townsville are looking for a commercial asset manager to fill our ever growing company.

We are looking for someone to work within our friendly team environment with a great work lifestyle balance.

Our franchise, RWCT is owned and managed by Townsville locals with family morals. We have a great team that enjoy social work events and to support each other through the daily role.

The company enjoys a fully refurbished office with great facilities, natural light and open plan layout.

The team has a fun and vibrant culture with fantastic support & training.

The Role:

  • Day to day management of a mixed commercial portfolio
  • Build solid relationships with the landlords and tenants
  • Ensure rental reviews and contractual increases are implemented
  • Oversee the lease requirements

The Candidate:

  • Ideally 1-2 plus years experience in Commercial Asset Management but not essential.
  • Certificate of Registration
  • Car and driver's licence
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • High level attention to detail
