Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Customer Service Support Worker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist different sections within the office department/customer service department with administrative tasks, invoicing, creating work orders, ordering parts from suppliers, checking good's delivered and general administrative tasks.

Customer Service Coverage: You would be require to learn about concrete truck parts so that you can provide customer service coverage as needed. This may include providing technical support to our customer's via mobile or in person, booking repair and maintenance jobs, product pricing etc.

Working Hours:

This is a part-time position with a current commitment of two days a week, however possible full -time position may be available. The specific days and hours can be discussed during the interview process and may vary based on organisational needs.

Qualifications:

· Previous office experience is preferred.

. Previous experience in dealing with concrete agitators is preferred but not required.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
