Baby Spa Australia offers hydrotherapy and infant massage for babies aged from two days to eight months. We have 10 stores across VIC & NSW & NZ.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a professional and energetic person to join our customer service team. We have a part-time role available with working hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm. Tuesday - Friday ( 4 days )

We are looking to speak to candidates with experience in customer service roles. You will be able to work on your own, in a quiet office space.

You will be responsible for a high amount of calls, with the ability to work independently towards the company goals and visions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will ensure your success in providing first-class customer service.

Experience with Get Timely booking system is highly advantageous.
