Plenty work and hours to go around, as we added more dining hours and extended our opening hours to meet the demand in our popular German/Austrian style restaurant, you might have heard me yodeling on 91.1 HOTFM.

We are counting on professionals, real professionals and enthusiastic people that want to work with like minded people and know classic table service. It wouldn't hurt if you have a basic or more knowledge of international beverages as we offer a good selection of international beverages. Casual or full time, you are a part of our tip pool and that's a very nice extra each month.

For the right candidate we'll offer a salary position with a 4 day week!

Live in accommodation with pool on site is available too.

BARTENDER - casual - WHV: you too need to have a fantastic attitude; I want to finally launch my cocktail list but need you for that. You need to know about beer and wines, take the lead when the supervisor or owner are busy and you need to be a leader.

FOH Supervisor/Restaurant Manager - salary position - 70k+: you'll need to be a people person with a fantastic attitude; we expect you to be 100% hands on with great communication skills, great overview of the whole operation, be a self started, willing to learn old school hospo and be the right hand of the owner.

FOH Staff - casual - WHV: you too need to have a fantastic attitude; you'll need great manners and be willing to learn old school hospitality, fast learner to adapt to our system, we'll teach you the rest.

Anyone working with us needs to be a peoples person with great attitude and great manners. You needs to be aware that we are very European “heavy” amongst our staff - currently we have representatives of Austria, Spain, France, Germany and Scotland among some Aussies.

You need to embrace that we might operate a bit different than other places as the owner is also the operator with 35 years in hospo.
