What is the Role?

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Casual Leasing Agent to conduct leasing inspections for our residential properties under management. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a flexible work schedule and is available to work each Saturday, with hours varying depending on the number of inspections required each week. There may also be an opportunity to work extra hours during the week, conducting mid week leasing inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct leasing inspections for residential properties under our management

Liaise with potential tenants and provide exceptional customer service during inspections

Ensure properties are presented to a high standard and report any issues promptly to the respective Property Managers

Report inspection outcomes to the property management team and owners in a timely manner

Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to all legal requirements during the leasing process

What Experience and Qualifications Do You Need?

Current Real Estate Registration Certificate

Previous experience in a leasing agent role

A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license (vehicle allowance paid in addition to hourly rate)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

A strong commitment to providing outstanding service to our clients
