Duties & Responsibilities:

• 130 properties with loads of support!
• Clean, tidy & local portfolio
• Handling maintenance
• Prepare CMA's & lease renewals
• Attend QCAT where required
• Manage arrears
• Conduct exit condition reports
• Liaise with owners and tenants
• Dedicated Leasing team and Admin team
• No trust accounting or BDM duties!

Skills and experience required for the role:

• 1+ year of Property Management experience
• A current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration essential
• A valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
