About the role

Join the dynamic team at Ray White West End as a Property Manager. This full-time position is based in our Brisbane West End office, offering the opportunity to work in the heart of the vibrant West End community. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued landlord and tenant clients.

What you'll be doing

• Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring properties are well-presented and tenanted
• Attract and screen quality tenants, negotiate lease agreements, and handle the move-in and move-out process
• Promptly address any tenant inquiries or concerns, and effectively resolve any tenancy-related issues
• Provide regular updates and reports to landlord clients, ensuring they are fully informed about the performance and status of their investment properties
• Collaborate with the broader team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth and success of the Ray White West End office

What we're looking for

• Minimum 6 months experience in a residential property management role, with a proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of rental properties
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle complex tenancy-related issues
• Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices
• A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the willingness to contribute to the growth and success of the team

To be the ideal candidate you would preferably have

• At least 6 months of Property Management experience
• Current Qld certificate of real estate registration & driver's license
• The ability to build strong relationships with external and internal clients
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A passion for Property Management
