Our mission is simple:

To build a network of successful Franchise Partners who consistently provide exceptional customer service while delivering gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, pressure washing, and more—cleaning safely and efficiently.

While we specialize in cleaning gutters, we are, at our core, a customer service business.

Our founders remain actively involved in the business, leading a team with nearly 100 years of franchising experience. We set industry-leading safety standards and are proud of our diverse network of business owners who drive impressive returns and year-over-year revenue growth.

We will continue to grow through a strategy of improving existing franchise revenues, expanding into new territories, and increasing market penetration.

Each day is different, and we pride ourselves on being adaptable, fast-moving, and focused on protecting the investment of our Franchise Partners.

Our Franchise Partners include both multi-unit and single-territory owners, serving a broad range of clients, from residential customers to large corporations, government agencies, and defense organizations.

At Gutter-Vac, our Franchise Partners are our customers.

The Role:

We are seeking a Franchise Development Officer to join our National Support Office.

The role will focus on driving Franchise Partner satisfaction, market share growth in existing territories and revenue, setting a benchmark for excellence in the Australian franchise sector.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing 1:1 Franchise Partner support using influencing techniques to drive revenue growth that delivers on Franchise Partner goals and Brand requirements.

Collaborating (through a facilitation approach) with Franchise Partner Trainers and our Support Group to ensure new Franchise Partners establish a strong foundation during their first year.

Working with the executive team to maintain and enhance Franchise Partner satisfaction.

Encouraging Franchise Partners to invest in expanding their business capacity to increase market share across all territories.

Overseeing the 'toolbox' and 'compliance' systems to ensure safety-first operations for all customers.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the National Support Office team and contribute to the development of their remuneration package. We are seeking the right individual and are open to discussing what it will take to achieve success.

We are seeking a candidate who understands this role and the opportunities it offers. You will work with a strong franchising team and a respected brand committed to the success of its Franchise Partners.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Expertise in franchising coaching and relationship management.

Strong marketing and sales coaching skills that can be adapted to influence business owners from diverse backgrounds with different levels of commercial acumen, and needs.

The ability to influence business owners at all stages of their journey, balancing individual needs with brand objectives.

A collaborative mindset, fostering a team-oriented culture with an emphasis on our values of Honesty, Integrity, Communication and Commitment.

Empathy and the ability to relate to a diverse network of business owners, alongside the maturity to handle difficult conversations when needed.

A strong work ethic and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Excellent attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Characteristics:

The suitable person will need to have/show:

· MSOffice 365 understanding.

· MSOffice capabilities.

· A high level of resilience.

· Be a problem solver.

· A high level of Franchise model financial literacy capabilities.

· The ability to be serious when required and at the same be flexible enough to not take themselves too seriously.
