About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for business development and a solid understanding of the cleaning industry. This role involves securing new business, building long-term client partnerships, and supporting our operations team in delivering top-notch cleaning services.
A background in cleaning services—whether in management, operations, or hands-on experience—would be a significant advantage, as it will help in understanding client needs and positioning our services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ New Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities within residential, commercial, and industrial cleaning sectors.
✅ Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
✅ Sales & Marketing: Develop and present compelling service proposals tailored to client needs.
✅ Market Research & Strategy: Analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to shape sales strategies.
✅ Operational Coordination: Work closely with the cleaning operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
✅ Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance, track lead conversions, and report on business growth.
✅ (Optional) Digital Marketing Support: Use online strategies to generate leads and build brand awareness.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in business development, sales, or client relations, preferably in a service-based industry.
- Knowledge of the cleaning industry—past experience in commercial or residential cleaning is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and drive business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel across Victoria.
- (Optional) Digital marketing experience (SEO, social media, paid ads) is a plus.
