Position

This is a Technical Project Support role, working with major contractors on projects throughout Australia. You will represent a unique product portfolio and an industry leading brand.

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Manage the timely delivery of quotes and customer projects, providing support for the external sales team's technical and administrative needs.
• Ensure compliance with all internal rules and procedures related to quotes and contract processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee prompt responses to customer inquiries.
• Provide requested information to clients within the established timeframes.
• Proactively follow up on quotes and design work, engaging with stakeholders and customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the contract and quotation process.
• Interpret technical specifications and designs for products in the company's portfolio.

Candidate

The ideal candidate will have technical sales or project support experience within the electrical industry. Working for an electrical wholesaler, manufacturer or distributor.
