What You’ll Do:

Engage with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to help bring their product ideas to life.

Generate sales quotes and process orders, ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish.

Provide sales support to keep customers happy and coming back.

Spot new opportunities to grow our business and build strong client relationships.

Willingness to be part of external events should the need arise, sometimes Interstate

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

2-5 years in sales and/or customer service (preferred).

Background in fast-paced, high-volume customer interactions (highly regarded).

Skills & Abilities:

Confident communicator who loves building relationships.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Positive, team-focused attitude with a can-do mindset.

Solid admin and data entry skills (Microsoft Office experience preferred).

Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
