About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join a dynamic retail operations team. This role involves both in-store and on-site consultations with customers, providing expert advice and personalised solutions for custom-made window furnishings. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction by leveraging an extensive range of fabrics and décor products.

Duties:

• Conduct on-site visits to customer locations, offering expert advice and custom solutions for window furnishings.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Manage and maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Store Managers and Team Leaders, to ensure seamless operations.
• Pursue sales leads, build a client base, and close sales to meet and exceed targets.

About You:

You are a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in face-to-face sales. You thrive in a customer-centric environment and possess strong negotiation skills. A background in window furnishings or a similar field is advantageous, but not essential. Your proactive attitude and ability to work independently make you an ideal candidate for this role. Also the ability to travel to Griffith once per fortnight for an overnight stay (cost covered) for the success of this role.
