Our aim is to coordinate the settlement process to ensure a smooth transition of ownership. • Experience with Realtime Conveyancer or Setts Plus is essential
• Experience with PEXA is essential

Tasks & responsibilities

• Managing settlement files from conditional status to settlement with the help of our settlement assistant
• Communicating with key stakeholders including customers, banks, real estate agents and brokers
• Document preparation and completion
• Producing statements and balancing of files
• Finalising files for settlement
• After settlement completion of files
• Assisting licensee if necessary
