What You’ll Be Doing:

On the Road: Attend pre-booked customer visits to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Manage the Sales Cycle: Handle everything from the initial consultation to quoting and closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Follow Up: Keep clients engaged with regular check-ins and excellent service to build lasting relationships.

Grow Your Skills: Participate in sales meetings to enhance your technical HVAC knowledge and stay ahead of industry trends.

What We’re Looking For:

Sales driven

Excellent communication skills

Ability to learn HVAC technical knowledge

Driver License

What’s in It for You:

Permanent full-time role with a base salary of $70,000 - $90,000 + commission (OTE up to $130,000 + uncapped)
