About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Marketing Specialist to join the team at The Reward Practice in Perth, Western Australia. This is a part-time role, offering the flexibility to balance your professional and personal commitments. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing the company's marketing strategy and driving brand awareness across Australia.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print
• Creating engaging content such as blog posts, newsletters, and digital assets to showcase the company's products and services. This includes website administration (Wordpress CMS, basic HTML & CSS)
• Collaborating with the team to generate qualified leads and support business development efforts
• Analysing marketing performance data and providing insights to continually improve the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's marketing efforts remain innovative and competitive

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems including mailchimp, Adobe / Canva design applications
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
• A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively with small fast paced team
• A passion for marketing and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
