About the Role

This pivotal role is responsible for a range of sales support, accounts, and administrative support functions, ensuring the professional and timely delivery of our innovative products and services to our valued customers. Your main responsibilities will include sales order data entry, basic accounting and invoicing, and providing administrative support across various aspects of our customer interactions and general operations.

Key Duties

Be the first point of contact for customer email and phone queries.

Manage the end-to-end order process, from entry to invoicing.

Coordinate shipments, track orders, and handle any related queries.

Liaise with our HQ to streamline orders and special requests.

Process software licenses, upgrades, and vouchers.

Assist with stock reconciliations and provide service quotes.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

A team player with strong communication skills.

Adaptable, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Results-oriented with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.

Desired Skills

Experience in customer service, procurement/purchasing, or a related field.

ERP system experience (e.g., NAVISION, MYOB, XERO) is highly desirable.

CRM or ticketing platform experience (e.g., Salesforce).

Basic accounting knowledge.
