About the role
As an Administration Coordinator you will lead an effective national administration team by performing a variety of high-level administrative duties to support the School in the areas of teaching, learning and research.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to administrative staff through on the job training.
Create a range of high level documents including various correspondence, presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Provide financial and HR support in consultation with the Faculty Manager.
Provide excellent customer service to students and stakeholders.
Ability to work accurately with detailed information; including data entry, maintaining spreadsheets, managing correspondence, collating data for report and under direction prepare a range of written communication.
Continuous improvement delivery by reviewing, developing, and implementing enhanced administrative systems and processes
Coordinate timetabling and scheduling for School by collaborating effectively with university staff.
Qualifications, skills & experience
A Degree qualification with relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Excellent computer skills including email, internet, MS Office Suite.
Proven customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting deadlines.
Experience in a financial role including experience in procurement and financial processes.
