About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service? We’re on the lookout for several dynamic, service-focused, and sales-driven superstars to join our vibrant team. This is a casual role, working across three stunning locations, offering you the chance to experience variety every single shift. No two services will be the same!

What You’ll Be Doing

Greeting and serving customers

Making and serving drinks

Maintaining a clean and organised area/section

Leading whisky and gin tastings with passion and expertise

Providing recommendations to customers on our product range

Hosting immersive Lark and FSG tours and experiences

Attending to general enquiries from customers

Ensuring all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations are met

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality roles

Reliability and a positive attitude to contribute to a fun, supportive team culture

Professionalism, with an edge

Strong interpersonal, service and communication skills

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing excellent customer service

A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

A current Australian driver's license and your own transportation.
