Committed to excellence, we are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist/Front Office Co-ordinator to join our motivated and friendly team and help us continue to deliver exceptional patient care.

About the Position: Are you a friendly and organized individual with excellent communication skills? We are looking for an Experienced Dental Receptionist or Front Office Co-ordinator to be the smiling face and welcoming voice of our clinic. As a Dental Receptionist or Front Office Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional service from the moment they walk in the door.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Schedule appointments and manage the appointment book efficiently.

Verify and update patient information.

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.

Managing substantial volumes of information efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Handle and reconcile billing, deposits, payments, and insurance claims

Meticulously gathering and organizing data and information.

Conducting reception-related tasks that streamline daily functions, including managing phone calls, basic data entry, and directing inquiries to the relevant points of contact.

Interpreting numerical data, recognizing business trends, and pinpointing opportunities for improvement, and the ability to effectively convey these insights to Management.

Qualifications/ Team fit:

Previous experience as a receptionist or dental assistant is desirable

Motivated to learn, and accomplish tasks

Exceptional customer service skills

Professional grooming and presentation

Organized, tidy, and attention to detail.

Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
