We currently need a Senior Front Office Coordinator to work for our dental clinic at One Dental Rossmoyne located at High Road in Willetton WA.

As a Senior Front Office Coordinator, your role is to support and assist the Dental Providers in the provision of high-quality dental care services to our patients with the help of our well-trained and friendly team.

Importantly, you will enjoy working with fun-loving others in a culture that appreciates individuals.

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:​

Front Office/Reception experience - at least 3 years experience is REQUIRED

Experience in dental assisting advantageous but not required

Team player - helpful, willing and empathetic

Display high attention to detail

Show initiative and flexibility

Good planning skills

Outstanding patient communication skills

Well presented

Knowledge of Exact Program is preferred but not essential
