Job Overview:

We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is eager to contribute to the success of a growing business. In this role, you will support daily operations, enhance team efficiency, and bring enthusiasm to office administration and hospitality. Working closely with the General Manager, you will handle a variety of tasks with precision, adaptability, and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, ensuring both the routine and unexpected are managed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phones and assist in communicating both internally and externally with investors, ensuring a positive and professional tone.

Boardroom calendar management.

Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.

Collection and distribution of daily mail.

Be flexible to assist team members across the business as needed and help with company events.

Ad hoc duties and errands for the CEO as required.

‘Coffee runs’ as required throughout the day for staff and guests.

Assist with Boardroom set up and clearing for meetings and lunches and attending to visitor’s needs.

Requirements:

At least 1-2 years of experience in an office support role. Experience in hospitality, events or service industry an advantage.

Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) essential.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong time management and organisational skills, be reliable and show initiative.

A team player, ability to collaborate, and have flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
