About The Position
Are you an experienced maintenance painter looking for a full-time role with great benefits? The City of Wanneroo is seeking a skilled professional to carry out painting and maintenance activities on our infrastructure assets. If you have expertise in building and painting, hazardous substance handling, and a strong ability to work both independently and in a team, we want to hear from you!

About You
Through your application, you will be able to demonstrate that you meet the following capabilities:

  • Undertake daily general/planned maintenance painting to infrastructure assets, fixtures and fittings.
  • Provide relief for building maintenance operatives.
  • Operate and maintain vehicles, plant and equipment.
  • Liaise with all internal and external customers.
  • Complete work order documentation.
  • The ability to work autonomously and within a team.
  • Undertake other activities including undergoing training and development as required for execution of the role.
  • Comply with all City policies and procedures and relevant legislation.
  • Exercise duty of care in line with City Occupational Safety and Health policies.
