We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales and Service Representative ( SSR ) to join our dynamic team at J & A Accessories Pty Ltd in Biggera Waters, Queensland. As an SSR, you will play a pivotal role in our service and distribution team ensuring the product is deliverred efficiently and professionally with customers receiving high quality customer service.

The Role

Maintain run and delivery schedule

Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and on time

Manage consignment stock, stock rotations and consignment audits

Identify and act on sales opportunities with new and existing customers

Be responsible for up-keep and maintaining vehicle according to company policies

Conduct vehicle stock-takes when required

Strong communication skills

Great presentation required

Essential Requirements

MR Licence, HR would be perfect

LF Forklift Licence ( not essential )

Basic computer literacy skills

Team player with excellent communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Physically fit

Able to deliver consistent quality internal and external customer service
