We are seeking a skilled Contract Specialist with a strategic focus on major contracts and procurement activities. . You will lead the sourcing-to-contract process, including drafting, evaluation, and negotiations, ensuring effective and efficient contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Contract Management Plans with Contract Owners
• Lead the sourcing-to-contract process, including RFx drafting, evaluation, negotiations, and contract formation.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and deliver benefits through the contract lifecycle.
• Mentor production and technical teams.
• Work closely with the Contracts team to meet strategies and timelines.
• Prepare contractual documentation as required.
• Advise stakeholders on contract matters.

What You'll Need:

• Relevant experience, preferably in the mining industry.
• Experience managing contracts and negotiations with suppliers.
• Strong background in developing sourcing strategies for goods and services.
• Outstanding business insight with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective stakeholder management and collaborative team skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
