The Role:
As the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of subdivision projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors while liaising with clients, councils, and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple subdivision projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective coordination of engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Liaise with clients, local councils, and regulatory bodies.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Monitor progress and financial performance, reporting to senior management.

Skills & Experience:

• Must have prior subdivision experience.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams effectively.
• Experience dealing with local councils and regulatory approvals.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
