The opportunity

Located 25 minutes west of Melbourne's CBD at the busy Point Cook Town Centre, Evado Studios Point Cook is a thriving business consisting of a multi-disciplinary team of 15 staff including six Physiotherapists.

Evado Point Cook is an eight-year-old studio with the community reputation of delivering excellence in rehabilitation. We are a very busy clinic consisting of acute and chronic musculo-skeletal patients. We have a strong network of referrers including GPs and orthopaedic surgeons in Western Melbourne. We also sponsor and work alongside the Point Cook Sharks FC and have a long association with Point Cook Bulldogs FC and Wyndham Suns FC. This is a terrific opportunity to hone your clinical skills through exposure to sports.

You will be thoroughly inducted over a three-month period into this position so you feel supported and welcomed. You will also work alongside senior and APA Titled Physiotherapists who will nurture and support your ongoing learning. You will also have free access to our online PD portal subscription to facilitate learning in your own time.

We offer an outstanding remuneration package which rewards results and dedication to your work. In addition to your salary, your remuneration package will include commission and performance bonuses. You will be entitled to all benefits in accordance with the National Employment Standards (NES) as a permanent, full-time employee.

About you

The successful applicant will have

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (Full Australian working rights & AHPRA registration)
• Experience with Clinical Pilates is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Energy, enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills
• A team player
