With over 10 years of trusted experience and under new ownership since October 2023, we’re a dynamic, close-knit team at Ella Bache Beaumaris. Our team of 3 therapists, 1 receptionist, and owner Marye-Therese fosters an environment of support, collaboration, and continuous learning. What You’ll Be Doing

In this hands-on, spa-focused role, you’ll have the chance to work with a variety of advanced treatments, including facials, IPL, micro-needling, LED, microdermabrasion, massage, body treatments, and some waxing and tinting. It’s the perfect role for an experienced therapist with a passion for skin and wellness.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who can bring their experience and expertise to the table. You must be a minimum Certificate IV qualified Beauty Therapist with at least 2 years of recent experience in facials, waxing, and massage. Experience with microneedling, dermaplaning, and advanced skin treatments is a bonus. We offer comprehensive training but need someone experienced who can hit the ground running.

Role Details:

• Competitive Pay: $35 - $45 per hour + generous commissions.
• Hours: Start with Casual hours and quickly scale up to Permanent Part-time or Full-time. School-based hours are available.
• Location: 351 Balcombe Road, Beaumaris VIC (free all-day onsite parking).
