High Brow Studio are seeking for a motivated, confident, and experienced Senior Beauty Therapist with a passion for brows, lashes, and skin to join our team. This is a casual role with the potential to grow into part-time or full-time hours. The successful candidate will thrive in a small, close-knit team and will have the opportunity to work with top-of-the-line products and advanced treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality beauty treatments, specialising in brows, lashes, and advanced skin treatments.

Deliver high-level customer service by providing tailored consultations, offering the best treatment options, and ensuring a personalised client experience.

Take initiative with salon duties, including keeping the salon organized and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.

Collaborate with the team, fostering a positive and professional working environment.

Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge.

Participate in ongoing training and development to refine skills and advance your career in all areas of beauty therapy.

Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans and aftercare advice.

Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

For this position you must be:

Confidence in performing treatments and interacting with clients.

Experience in a beauty therapist role (Senior level).

Strong technical skills in brow shaping, lash treatments, and skin care services (advanced facials, peels, etc.).

High-level customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a personalized, professional client experience.

Ability to take initiative in managing salon duties and assisting with team needs.

Punctual and reliable, demonstrating a strong work ethic.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a small team.

Open to advancing skills in all beauty areas and eager to learn new techniques and treatments.
