FindStaff are seeking an Experienced Production Supervisor located in Taren Point for a Full Time Position.

Hours and Rate:

7.30am-4pm

$35.00 - 40.00ph

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage manning for all machinery across the day shift operation
• Supervising and coordinating the work of production teams to meet targets and deadlines
• Monitoring production processes and identifying areas for improvement
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure consistent product quality
• Providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to production team members
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to production activities
• Ensuring all WHS policies and procedure are met

About you:

• 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and manufacturing principles
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
• Great communication and leadership skills
• Full working rights
• Own transport required
