You’ll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of skilled tradespeople, ensuring jobs run on time and to the highest quality. With strong support from management, you’ll have the autonomy to drive efficiency, maintain smooth operations, and make an impact from day one.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Trade qualified – Cabinetmaking, Joinery, Shopfitting, or similar
✔️ Proven leadership experience in a factory or workshop setting
✔️ Strong communication skills to manage and mentor a team
✔️ Ability to problem-solve and keep projects on track
✔️ A positive, hands-on approach to driving results
