Role : Program Advisor - IT/ ICT

• Location : Carseldine , Brisbane
• Initial engagement until October 25'
• 2- 3 days work from home weekly
• Open to Brisbane based candidates ONLY

Seeking a detail-oriented Program Advisor with a knack for project/ program support and a passion for excellence in IT project delivery to contribute towards the success of one or more dynamic projects for our client within government sector.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers by preparing and assuring quality project documentation in a PRINCE2 environment.
• Assist in maintaining and reviewing project schedules, including timesheet allocation, forecasts, and resource planning.
• Prepare financial reports, reconciling budgets, actuals, and forecasts.
• Monitor and update change, risk, and issue registers through weekly reviews.
• Perform additional duties as needed and contribute to achieving quarterly KPIs.

Highly Desirable Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Experience across both public and private sectors.
