Key Responsibilities:
As the Chef Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing daily kitchen operations and meal preparation

Leading and supporting kitchen staff

Planning and preparing nutritious meals that meet dietary requirements for residents

Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with aged care standards

Stock ordering, rotation, and kitchen budget management

Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and infection control practices

Requirements:

Must be based on-shore and have full working rights in Australia - no sponsorship available

Experience in aged care or in a similar environment (serving 30+ residents) is essential

Certificate in Commercial Cookery

Understanding of special dietary needs and food safety standards

Strong leadership and organisational skills
