The opportunity

ASR are seeking passionate and driven EOI Agents to join their dynamic team based in Broadbeach, QLD. This is a full-time role focused on delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

Key responsibilities

Out bound calls to people that have expressed interest in our services

Providing accurate information and guidance to customers regarding superannuation and related financial products

Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions

Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions

Participating in regular training to stay up-to-date with industry changes and company policies

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role,

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Proficiency in using various computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

A friendly, professional and adaptable approach to work
