We have warehouse and distribution centers across Australia. This opportunity is for our Melbourne and Gold Coast Warehouses.

YOUR NEW ROLE

This position is responsible for overseeing receiving, storing, and delivery of stock. In addition, the position is responsible for securing the warehouse as well as supervising staff to optimise their productivity while meeting all aspects of work health and safety and cost objectives. Day to day tasks include:

Pick & pack – preparing outgoing deliveries, ensuring that they are dispatched accurately and on time

Deliveries - accepting deliveries and ensuring all warehouse stock is properly stored

Stock coordination - ensuring the correct identification of stored materials

Documentation - manage the documentation of all incoming and outgoing goods via the in-house computer system

General warehouse duties/cycle counts

Forklift duties

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this role you need to have a current forklift license and your experience in warehousing, preferably working with high volume product lines will be highly regarded.

You will also have:

Competent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Exel and D365

Certificate IV in Warehousing Operations or similar

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The ability to work both independently but also within a collaborative team environment

Strong time management skills with an eye for detail

Plumbing industry knowledge/experience (preferred, though not essential)
