The Role

As the Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role driving the marketing plan across retail, wholesale and e-commerce functions. You will be working to elevate the consumer journey through measurable activities and campaigns, focusing on the ROI of all marketing initiatives. You will report into the Head of Marketing, and sit within a team of other Marketing Specialists. This is a 12 month Fixed-Term Contract, based fully in office. Travel across states may be required for this role too.

Duties:

As the Marketing Specialist, your duties will include:

• Retail Marketing - working closely with General Managers and Showroom Managers to deliver innovative marketing initiatives, aligning and sales and instore requirements. All retail marketing plans will follow the organisation's brand strategy, whilst remaining creative and forward-thinking.
• Event Coordination - playing an integral role in the event planning taking place throughout the course of the year within the retail stores, reflective of the brand's luxury place within the market.
• Social Media - manage and create quality content across social media platforms, telling the story of the brand effectively and aiming to increase traction across channels.
• Brand Collaboration - engage with like-minded luxury brands to form partnerships and collaborations.
• CRM Activity - increase customer engagement and loyalty through EDMs, SMS marketing and digital marketing campaigns.

Skills & Experience

• You will have 3+ years experience in Marketing.
• You will have relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business and/or Communications.
• You will be willing to travel across states within Australia.
• You will be proficient in managing social media channels.
• You will have working rights within Australia.
• Experience using Klaviyo, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is highly preferred.
