The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our vibrant team. As an Educator at Goolwa Children's Centre, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-6 years, supporting their development and well-being in a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate programs for children in collaboration with the team

• Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children in your care

• Foster positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Assist with daily routines and activities, including play, mealtime, and sleep time

• Maintain records and documentation in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)

• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment

About You:

• Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or be studying towards

• Previous experience working in an early childhood education setting is highly desirable

• Passionate about working with young children and supporting their learning and development

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)

• Current ‘Safe Environments’ or ‘Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect’ certificate
