The Role:

This national position is ideal for someone with a technical background who is ready to take the next step into a commercial or customer-facing role. You will support key clients across Australia in the refrigerants and performance chemicals space—building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to the launch of new products.

You’ll work closely with internal teams such as operations, finance, and procurement, while also liaising with customers and suppliers. Interstate travel may be required from time to time for customer visits or industry events.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone with a solid grounding in chemicals, refrigerants, HVAC, or a related industry—perhaps a technician, applications engineer, or someone with hands-on experience in the field—who has also had some exposure to managing clients or projects and is ready to expand into a national account management role.

You’ll need:

• A relevant technical qualification or equivalent experience in chemicals, HVAC, or a similar sector
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with clients
• A collaborative approach and the willingness to learn commercial processes
• Some prior exposure to client-facing or commercial responsibilities—either formally or informally
